Gather my Claude Code tools into a plugin named `[Le nom du plugin (minuscules et tirets)]`.
What it must contain: [Ce qu'il doit contenir]
Who I want to share it with: [Avec qui tu veux le partager]
1. Check the documentation
Read https://code.claude.com/docs/en/plugins/create and https://code.claude.com/docs/en/plugins/components before you start. Do not rely on your memory: the plugin structure keeps evolving.
2. Take inventory
Find each listed item in `.claude/` (skills, agents, settings) and in `~/.claude/`. Tell me what you found, what is missing, and whether an item contains a path, a machine name or personal information that must not leave with the plugin. Never copy a secrets file.
3. Build the plugin
- A `[Le nom du plugin (minuscules et tirets)]/` folder with the `.claude-plugin/plugin.json` manifest (name, description, version, author). Only `plugin.json` goes in `.claude-plugin/`; the `skills/` and `agents/` folders, the `hooks/hooks.json` file and the `.mcp.json` file go at the plugin root.
- Hooks move from the settings into `hooks/hooks.json`, with script paths built from `${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}`.
- Plugin subagents ignore the `hooks`, `mcpServers` and `permissionMode` fields. If one of my agents uses them, put those items at the plugin level and tell me.
- A README in French: what the plugin does, how to install it, each command (skills become `/[Le nom du plugin (minuscules et tirets)]:<skill>`), and what it runs on the machine.
4. Validate and try it
- Run `claude plugin validate ./[Le nom du plugin (minuscules et tirets)]` and fix things until validation passes.
- Tell me to run `claude --plugin-dir ./[Le nom du plugin (minuscules et tirets)]`, and give me the tests to do: each skill under its new name, each agent, each hook triggered by its event.
- Warn me that, as long as the originals stay in `.claude/` and in my settings, the hooks will run twice. Offer to remove the originals only after a successful test.
5. Share
Explain the simplest way to share it with [Avec qui tu veux le partager] (sending the folder, or a marketplace in a git repository), with the exact commands, checked against https://code.claude.com/docs/en/plugins/publish.
Done when validation passes, you have shown me the plugin's folder tree, and the README is written. Talk to me in French.
